All pricing and quotes issued by Inventex are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be completed in accordance with the terms specified on the quote, invoice, or agreement.
Inventex reserves the right to suspend or delay production or delivery in cases of non-payment.
5. Shipping, Processing, and Lead Times
Orders are packaged and shipped Monday through Friday.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days following confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Inventex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges must follow Inventex’s official return policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued after the returned item has been inspected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inventex is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- losses resulting from the use or inability to use any product or service;
- delays or interruptions beyond our control;
- technical or typographical errors.
